Taylor Made Yoga consists of a variety of classes designed for specific needs of individuals:

-Taylor Made Yoga for Soldiers, Veterans and First Responders

-Taylor Made Yoga for Trauma Survivors

-Taylor Made Yoga for Amputees

-Taylor Made Yoga for Brain Injuries

-Taylor Made Yoga for Cardiac and other Medical Condtions

-Taylor Made Yoga for Kids

-Taylor Made Yoga for Injuries on those on the road to recovery

Beginner class: For students wanting to try something new. Focusing on proper alignment and yoga basics!!

All Levels Class: Intended for students that are wanting to progress in their practice?  Modifications are made available for those that are still new to their practice!

SOLDIERS, VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS: Specifically designed for Soldiers suffering from high stress environments.  Wednesday classes are open to Soldiers and First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS, Nurses, Doctors)

Gentle Yoga at York Rehab: Specifically designed for those on the road of recovery from a injury or just wanting a very gentle stretch.
