New Generation of Soldiers and YW Yogies!!! Namaste!

There is something to be said for people coming to together for different reasons!!  Even though I am a little older “age wise” than some of my YW students we have bonded so incredibly well! Mike, Nick and Jonas attend at least three of my Yoga Classes a week and honestly these guys are totally cool!  I am the baby of my family with many years separating myself from my three siblings.  It is kinda funny how I have bonded with these three Soldiers I feel in many ways like they are the little brothers that I never had!!!  I am so glad we connected through Yoga. Jonas is going back home so and of course I will miss him and his AWESOME CROW AND WHEEL in class. Jonas has given me lots of great tips about YW and the importance of educating students why this program is so special and unique!! Thankfully I have Nick and Mike to hang around with until December so I am sure will will have many more YW Road trips and adventures!! I have come to learn that Mike and I are very similar in many ways with our thought process (Mike always likes to hold the postures just a little longer than everyone else)…oh ya Mike….Your wheel and posture alignment is amazing!!  And Nick he is too funny how he makes fun of my “YW Networking” ways handing out business cards etc! One thing Nick, you have the best postures sitting cross legged with your hands in your heart centre you truly do look like and angel..maybe not the most manly comment but you really do look peaceful!!
