Last week Yoga Warriors Barrie/Borden went on a road trip to Uxbridge and another Yoga Warriors teacher lead the class! I was so proud of all the guys..they did such an awesome practice. The ultimate compliment I feel as a teacher is hearing the students breathe…the breath is like music to a Yoga Teacher’s ears!! Kathy commented on serval occasions during class on the wonderful breath work of the the YW gang and their postures! It is really like watching artwork seeing the transformation from when the guys first started to now!! I am so honoured to guide them during their practice and for all their support for photo shoots, attending events and advice! Honestly all of them have awesome qualities to be a Yoga Teachers and further more be YOGA WARRIORS TEACHERS…… I am so lucky to have these guys in my life, the Borden boys will be going off to other bases when they are done their training here, that makes me sad, however I know that they will plant the seed of Yoga Warriors where ever they are!! We are all connected and have formed a wonderful Yoga Family of Soldiers, Veterans and Police and a unstoppable Yoga Warriors Army!!
